KSL Research, Training, & Consultation, LLC, is an organization dedicated to providing quality education and training based on empirical research.  In addition to being well versed in the topics of organizational stress, trauma exposure, and employee wellness, KSL consultants have collected data from over 100 departments throughout the United States and Canada. More than 7,000 public safety officers, first responders, attorneys, judges, court staff, mental health professionals, social workers, medical personnel, and educators have participated in our training and provided valuable data and feedback. Our curriculum is continually evolving and developed from the data and real life experiences of training participants, which has been critical to accessing and understanding the impact of trauma exposure.
